It's an alarm clock application for Android smartphones and tablets that will wake you up every morning with the voice of some of the TV stars that are the rage among Asian teenagers, as is the case of Song-Joong-ki or Jo In-Sung. Something similar to the Korean version of Robert Pattison or Taylor Lautner.
